I have decent credit and I basically need out of a loan I have. I have heard that people interested could take out their own loan and purchase the car but I was hoping that there may be a way to just sign the loan over and have someone take over the payments of the vehicle. Any advice?

I would like to buy a eclipse for $6500 and currently only have $2000 in cash. I would like to be able to build some credit and could easily pay the car off in under 6 months. The main thing is that I don’t want to have to have comprehensive insurance on my vehicle while its on the loan cause the price of my insurance will go up $250 making outrageous in my mind. All help welcome thanks!

In April of 2006 I bought a brand new Nissan. In the loan there was a negative rollover of $3,000, so the total amount of the loan ended up being $21,000. I have it paid down to $18,900 but I’m finding the payments way out of my budget. The trade in value of the car is now only $11,500. What are my options? I really do not want to effect my credit score but I desperately want to get rid of my car.

I drove a car off the lot, but never finalized the loan with the 30 day warranty period. I returned the car back to the dealership. Will pulling the car off the lot be reported to my credit history or will it not show anything at all because I had not even made my first payment?

My mom wants to return her vehicle and she says it’s out on a loan. My parents never bought a car, and now that my father passed away, she turns to me for what to do. She wants to know if she can just go and turn it in and pick out a new one or will she have to pay more for some damage to the vehicle! Please help. Serious answers only!

If i file bankruptcy, can i still rebuild my credit without a car loan? I want to purchase a paid off car and get liability insurance. I still have a student loan and 2 credit cards, i’m planning to keep them to rebuild my credit. Will these get me to 700s after 2-3 years of paying on time?
